There are 12 pairs of cranial nerves which perform different functions.
Ref: Cranial nerves (Taber’s 18th edn.p 457, 2170)
There are two nerves for each pair – one from the left and one from the right.
It is Guruji’s unique finding, which may seem to be unbelievable to medical personnel, that in LMNT, we can stimulate each cranial nerve by the ‘Medulla treatment’ of the same number.
Another remarkable finding is that the left & right Medulla treatments act differently.
The Left Medulla is acidic while the right medulla is alkaline. In other words, the Left Medulla treatment produces a result similar to acidosis and vice versa. (Note: ‘Swt’ treatment stimulates the adrenal medulla; while ‘Medulla’ treatment stimulates the brain).
Stimulation of the Left Medulla or Left Swt causes dilation of sphincters or arteries, and stimulation of the Right Medulla or Right Swt causes constriction of sphincters/arteries.
Some examples are given below:-
o Sri. Prakash Verma of Mumbai had a narrowing of the cardiac sphincter due to which he had severe problem in swallowing. It had been operated upon a few years earlier, but the problem persisted. When he met Guruji, he could not swallow food except in small morsels, no larger than the size of a grape fruit, which robbed all joy of eating. He was given (15) Left Medulla (6) Left Swt x 3 treatments.
Late in the evening, he rang up Guruji joyously to inform that he could at last enjoy eating food, after a gap of several years!
o In Bandra clinic, a lady came for treatment who had swelling in both feet, due to varicose veins. Guruji suggested the following treatment to constrict the arteries:
(15) Right Medulla (6) Right Swt x 3 treatments.
Immediately after treatment, it was found that the swelling in the feet reduced considerably and dramatically.
o In a camp in MP, a 60-year-old lady approached Guruji saying that she had severe pain during micturition (urination). Immediately, and without recourse to any test reports, Guruji rightly suspected that the problem should be due to a narrowing of the opening of the urinary sphincter. To prove the point, he asked the patient whether the force of urine was so powerful that it would go across and splash against the opposite wall? The patient confirmed that it was indeed so. She was given - (15) Left Medulla (6) Lt. Swt x 3 treatments. After a short while, she informed us that she could pass urine without much difficulty. The treatment was repeated for a couple of days more, after which she was totally rid of the vexatious problem.
o Sri. Vijay Shah, a patient at an LMNT camp held in Mysore in July, had stenosis of the esophagus, for more than 4 years. The problem was so acute that even swallowing a sip of water would take him a considerable time. He was given –
(15) Left Medulla (6) Left Swt x 3 treatments. Immediately after the treatment he could drink water without much difficulty. He confirmed that night on phone that he could eat food with considerable ease. The next day he was given the following –
{ I (15) Left Medulla II (10) Left Medulla III (6) Lt. Swt } x 3 treatments
This treatment gave him total relief. In September, even after 4 months, when contacted on phone, he confirmed that he had no difficulty in eating food whatsoever.
o Sri. Rohinton, a patient at Bandra clinic had total loss of vision. He had complete whiteness in the sclera of both eyes. He has been taking LMNT treatments off and on, for a number of years. Recently, along with other treatments to correct his digestion, he was given (2) Medulla x 12 treatments + ghisai of Brodmann’s area 17 & 18.
After a few months, the whiteness of the sclera had reduced noticeably, and he informs us that he has a vague sense of vision. Further treatments need to be given.
o (2) Medulla x 6 treatments has been found to bring substantial improvement in children with disorders of the cerebellum. This treatment also benefits patients of Parkinson’s disease. Similar results have been seen on a wide number of patients, in several LMNT centers across the country, by which, one may reasonably conclude that this treatment mimics the work of the 2nd Cranial nerve in stimulating neuro-transmitters produced by the retinal neurons viz GABA, acetylcholine, dopamine etc [1]
Major functions of the brain are carried out by the cranial nerves. The above examples are but a few of the success stories as reported by various therapists from LMNT clinics all over the country. So is it not justifiable to claim that we can treat several disorders of the brain by Medulla treatments of LMNT?
A few noteworthy facts:
Ø Cranial nerves 2, 5 and 10 are extremely long. By stimulating them by the appropriate medulla treatment, we can regulate several functions of the brain.
Ø (2) Medulla x 6 treatments benefits patients of Rheumatoid arthritis, too.
Ø The following treatment is beneficial to patients of Retinitis pigmentosa-
I (2) Medulla x 12 II (3) Necklace III Formula Number Four
Ø (2) Medulla x 12 treatments produced the following results in one patient at Bandra clinic: pain of ‘Pan’ and pain in the chest 45º above the nipples (normally associated with problems of the mitral valve of the heart), was reduced considerably after one single treatment.
Ø In Bandra clinic a patient of MS ( multiple sclerosis ) had double vision. He was given - (3) Medulla x 3 treatments, which reduced the double vision and gave him satisfactory improvement in vision in a few days.
Ø 5th Cranial nerve is responsible for pushing the bolus of food forwards towards the esophagus, while closure of the epiglottis is the job of the 9th Cranial nerve.
Ø The 5th Cranial nerve carries the message to the tongue from the brain, while the 7th Cranial nerve conveys the sense of taste from the tongue to the brain.
So, for correcting problems of taste, we should stimulate both (5) Medulla and (7) Medulla.
Ø Cranial nerves 5, 9, 10, 11, 12 – together are responsible for swallowing (deglutition)
Ø Larynx &. pharynx are controlled by Cranial nerve 10 & 11 while pharynx is controlled by Cranial nerve 9 also. (R&W 9th edn. p. 169)…
Both these organs are necessary for swallowing and for speech.
Ø For difficulty in swallowing with no taste, give (9) Medulla.
For difficulty in swallowing with hoarse voice give (10) Medulla
Ø Motor impulses that cause vomiting are transmitted through 5th, 7th, 9th, 10th & 12th cranial nerves to the upper GIT ……………(Guyton 10th ed. p 768)
Give (15) Medulla before all other Medulla treatments of the cranial nerves, to stimulate the neuro-transmitter acetylcholine.

Medulla treatments for disorders of the nose and for respiratory problems
If the nose is not blocked, and yet there is no sensation of smell, it is known as (anosmia). This problem is due to mal-functioning of the 1st Cranial nerve.
Last year, Guruji attended a conference of the INO at Delhi, in which around 700 practitioners of naturopathy and alternative medicine were present. At the conference, he enquired whether any one in the hall who had difficulty in perception of smell. Three delegates stated that they had such a problem. They had done nothing about it, as it did not bother them. They were given the following treatment in the conference hall, in presence of all delegates! (1) Medulla x 3 treatments
Immediately after the treatment, much to their own amazement, they joyously affirmed to the distinguished gathering that they could sense the fragrance of a cake of soap, which they could not smell earlier, and that too for the past several years! [2]

Ø Dry cough, Severe cough, Asthmatic cough
Ø Cough due to aortic aneurism (due to pressure on the left recurrent laryngeal nerve)*
* Perhaps (10) Medulla may also benefit such coughs because it stimulates the laryngeal nerve.
Ø Bronchial Cough – which is aggravated on turning to one side, as in the early morning, and accompanied by dirty gray, frothy and smelly copious mucous sputum. The cough is hacking and irritating in the initial stages and later becomes looser and easier.
Ø Cough with thick or thin mucus. Cough due to Diphtheria in the Larynx.
Ø Metallic cough due to laryngitis (Cough with a harsh sound)
Ø Pulmonary cough – a hard and painful cough which accompanies pneumonia.
Ø Hacking and irritating cough in the earlier stages of tuberculosis.
Ø Whooping cough (pertussis) – the face becomes red due to the effort of coughing.
This compilation has taken considerable labour and time. Please read the following request carefully
All therapists are requested to pay special attention to the Medulla treatments. Whenever you get good results, please inform Kamlesh didi, immediately on 9820466715 with the name of patient and the symptoms cured etc.
When similar results are observed on the same Medulla treatment from several different centres, then based on information received from you, we can approach the authorities to recommend Guruji’s name for the highest prize of the World - the Nobel Prize. For this, each therapist must take a little trouble to do the following.
In each centre you will get several cases of success with different Medulla treatments. Please maintain a note book separately and in it write the name of the patient and which Medulla treatment brought the result and get his signature. So, when someone asks us, you can give proof immediately. By doing this, nobody can say that we are bluffing. In addition, if you can also get the name, address & signature of a witness, it will be wonderful!
Guruji has been giving us his entire knowledge without expecting anything in return. So we should not hesitate to to take this small trouble to spread his name.
So let us take up this job with full devotion and attention. Needless to say that, when Guruji's name and fame spreads, then each and every neurotherapist is naturally going to benefit from it.
Also, please test the following treatments at your centres and let us know the success

(15) Right Medulla (6) Right Swt – to cause constriction of the urinary orifice. Triangle for Piles - to tighten the muscles around the pelvis, including the anal and urinary sphincters.
Ø If pupils are dilated, it means the muscles are tight. (15) Left Medulla (6) Lt. Swt may help to relax and loosen the muscles ( I suspect that inability to relax the eye muscles is one of the problems why people, after they reach the age of 45, require reading glasses ). This treatment given daily, may postpone the use of spectacles till a later age.
(Taber’s 18th edn.p 18) says that a salt solution of acetylcholine is used to produce contraction of the pupil after cataract surgery. This too may explain use of (15) Medulla.
Functioning of the Para sympathetic nervous system (PSN)
This includes Cranial nerves 3, 7, 9, 10, and sacral nerves. Each has a different function.
Cranial nerve #3 - constricts the pupil of the eye.
Cranial nerve #7 – stimulates the lachrymal gland to produce more tears.
Stimulates submandibular / sublingual glands below the jaws, increases secretion of saliva.
Carries sensation of taste of the food to the brain.
Cranial nerve #9 –
Ø Stimulates parotid glands near the cheeks to increase secretion of saliva.
Ø Carries sensation of taste to the brain.
Vegas nerve and its function (R&W 9th edn. p. 172; Guyton 10th ed. p 699) fig 60-3)
(10) Medulla stimulates the kidneys and the entire digestive system until the transverse colon. But it has an inhibitory effect on the lungs and heart.
The S4,5 treatment stimulates the sacral nerves. By these two treatments, we can stimulate the entire GIT from mouth to anus, as required.
|
Stomach
|
Increases secretion of gastric juice i.e., ptyalin, HCl and intrinsic factor. Also increases peristalsis i.e., motility of the stomach
|
|
Small intestine
|
Increases digestion and absorption of food;
Increases intestinal juices; increases motility of intestine.
|
|
Liver and gall bladder
|
dilates the blood vessels of liver and gall bladder;
Increases production of bile.
|
|
Pancreas
|
Increases secretion of pancreatic juices and insulin –
( sodium bicarbonate, amylase, lipase, trypsin and chymotrypsin) – so that proper digestion and metabolism can take place.
|
|
Kidneys & ureters
|
Innervates the upper part of the ureters. (Guyton 10th ed. p 698)
Increases urine secretion.
|
|
Large intestine
|
Innervates middle part of ascending colon.[10] Improves functioning, by which folic acid may be made and absorbed properly. *
|
|
Heart
|
Contracts coronary arteries, by which the flow of blood in them gets reduced; by this the cardiac output and the force of contraction of the heart gets reduced.
|
|
Lungs
|
Contracts the air passageways of the bronchi and the lungs.
|
Function of sacral nerves (Pelvic nerves of sacral plexus at S2-S3 levels )
|
Large intestine
|
Innervates middle part of descending colon up to the anus. Increases secretions and motility, by which vitamin B12 may be synthesized and absorbed properly. *
Improves proper absorption of water and other essential salts.
|
|
Anus
|
relaxes sphincter.
|
|
bladder & ureters
|
these innervate the lower portions of the ureter.[11] They contract bladder wall and relax the urinary sphincter so that urine can come out easily and in correct quantity.
|
|
Gonads
|
In both sexes, prepares the body for activities concerning intercourse (and reproduction). Stimulates external genitalia to cause erection. (Guyton 10th ed. p 699)
In ladies, regulates activities related to proper flow of menses.
|
* Important and new observation from above :
(10) Medulla may also help to increase folic acid production;
while S4,S5 treatment may help to increase B12 absorption.
Please test the utility of both on suitable patients and let us know your results.
